I’m a 35-year-old Personal Stylist, mum of four, and detective investigator with a background in training and developing others. After many years in a demanding and high-pressure career, I reached a point where I realised I had lost my passion for the work I was doing. I wanted a career that allowed me to do something I genuinely loved, work flexibly around my family, and build a business where I could own my own success.

Style has always been a natural part of who I am. I’ve long been the person friends, family and colleagues turn to for honest advice on what suits them, how to refine their look, and how to feel more confident in their clothes. Over time, it became clear that personal styling wasn’t just an interest – it was something that came instinctively to me.

When researching training, I was looking for a course that was practical, intensive and led by someone with real industry experience. I chose Style ME with Nisha because of the reputation for high standards, hands-on learning and personal mentoring. The five-day intensive course gave me a thorough grounding in all aspects of personal styling, including colour analysis, body shape, wardrobe consultations and personal shopping, while also building the confidence needed to work with real clients.

Training under Nisha was both challenging and incredibly empowering. Her approach pushed me out of my comfort zone, encouraged me to trust my instincts, and helped shape my professional standards as a stylist. The course was fast-paced and immersive, but the practical, real-client experience was invaluable. Seeing first-hand the impact that styling can have on a client’s confidence reaffirmed that I had made the right decision to change careers.

My previous career as a police detective and trainer strongly influences the way I work today. I am highly observant, detail-focused and skilled at asking the right questions. I take time to truly understand my clients – their lifestyle, career demands, personality and goals – so I can create a style that feels authentic, flattering and practical, not forced.

I specialise in working with professional women aged 30–45 who want to look polished, modern and confident but may feel short on time or disconnected from their wardrobe. My styling approach blends classic foundations with trend-led, modern pieces to create looks that feel current, wearable and effortlessly put together.

I believe great style isn’t about having more clothes – it’s about having the right clothes. Pieces that make getting dressed easier, elevate confidence and support real life. As a newly qualified Personal Stylist, I bring a fresh perspective, a professional yet personal approach, and a genuine passion for helping women feel confident, capable and stylish every day.

Training with Nisha was such an exciting turning point for me. The 5 Day Intensive course was immersive, inspiring and gave me confidence to truly step into this new chapter. Nisha's encouragement and high standards pushed me to trust my instincts and refine my skills, and I left feeling empowered, prepared and genuinely excited to launch my styling business!
