As you suggested on quiet mornings, we’re offering mini colour analysis sessions for customers wanting to work out their undertone prior to getting their hair coloured. We’re currently offering it as a value-added service and customers have been thrilled to get this knowledge for free! I’m sure in the long run this is going to save us a lot of money on having to do re-dyes on customers that are dissatisfied by choosing the wrong hair colours.”
